Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Refund, and Attendance for Medi-Cine Learning Academy Courses
Administrative Terms
The purchase and participation in courses offered by Medi-Cine Learning Academy are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Registration and payment methods must adhere to the guidelines provided in the course information.
Refund Terms
Refund Eligibility: you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of course enrolment. Refunds will only be considered for courses that have not been accessed or completed.
Refund Process: to request a refund, please contact our support team at info@medi-cine.academy with your refund request, providing your full name, course name, and enrolment details. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: please note that certain items are non-refundable. These include any downloadable course materials, resources, or certificates that have been accessed or obtained.
Course Cancellations: Medi-Cine Learning Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrolment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, you will be given the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
Organisational Terms
Course Enrolment: enrolment in courses must be completed within the specified timeframe.
Participant Conduct: during the course, participants are required to demonstrate proper professional behaviour towards instructors and fellow colleagues.
Damages and Liability: Participants who cause damage to property or harm to individuals due to negligence or other direct or indirect causes are responsible for civil and criminal compensation.
Copyright and Reproduction: Teaching materials may not be reproduced without prior authorisation.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD): to obtain a CPD certificate, participants must attend 100% of the training hours specified for the course.
Acceptance of Rules: enrolment in Medi-Cine Learning Academy courses implies acceptance and adherence to all rules and regulations governing the course.
